This product has the same ingredients at the same strength as an ophthalmologist recommended product at significant savings and it is FSA eligible. Using a hypochlorous acid spray as part of a cleaning routine has been essential to keep blepharitis flare ups in check. The spray pump on one bottle I received failed (this is why I am removing one star) - however, I salvaged the product by pouring it into a small clean new glass bottle from a health foods store. In the future I'll save my used bottles from this brand that work well so I'll have a glass bottle with the label for travel.
