After all was done I had about a gallon of very concentrated bone broth. I burned quite a bit onto the pot from it boiling over throughout the day. The material is super high quality and the pot acts like a Dutch oven because of this. I made the best beef stew tonight using this. Also even though the pot is huge you don’t have to use it only to make massive amounts, It works just as well if you’re only using about 5qts. Very expensive but a great investment for the home chef.
