Sand, clean and shake the paint pen. The applicator nib needs to be pressed down for a while until the paint sinks into it. This fixed a big worry. Excellent product.

Whoever designed this system clearly never actually used it. It's that flawed.

A great little kit for a good price. No, it's not going to look perfect under a magnifying glass, but a lot of that will have to do with how well you clean and prep the area. Probably not appropriate for large scale repairs.
