I was recommended by a friend to buy as its suppose to very effective and cooling for the eyes. I re-ordered the item as I had eye pain when sleeping, the product has lived up to its recommendation. It is comfortable to wear and very easy to adjust. The size of the item is very convenient as it sits on the eyes easy.
