The app was no longer supported and the new app would not connect to the switch. This product was very easy to install. The nice thing about it is that it does not need to connect to the LAN. It is independent, however, this means you need the controller that comes with it. This is fine, except, you are limited to the settings on that controller. So if you only want 30 minutes of run time, you have to shut it off manually as the minimum run time is 1 hour, then 2 then 3 etc. The controller should have more preprogrammed options. Otherwise, the range is more than acceptable as my ouse is 2 stories high and I can easily turn the fan on or off. ## Frequently Bought Together - Quietcool Whole House Fan Wireless Control Kit - No Hard Wiring Required for Wall Switch - Three Speed Capable - 1/2/4/8/12 Hour Countdown Timer - Up to 100ft Range - Batteries Included (Glass) - QuietCool QC CL-5400 Classic Advanced Whole House Fan - Up to 5024 CFM - Two Speed - Covers up to 2,512 SQFT - 10 Year Warranty - Removable Grille - R5 Insulated Dampers - 20ft Power Cord --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/650505016-whole-house-fan-wireless-control-kit-no-hard-wiring-required](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/650505016-whole-house-fan-wireless-control-kit-no-hard-wiring-required) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
