Thus, I just needed an analog watch. This is exactly what I needed: basic, comfortable, has a second hand, and easy to read.The glow behind the numbers is very bright, and the face of the watch is much larger than the average woman's watch. The cloth band is great, it's super comfortable and doesn't slip at all, unlike leather bands. The numbers and tick marks around the edges of the watch face are very clear and in a simple font. The watch face itself is just black numbers, a red second hand, silver accents, and a bright white background. I really like the simplicity because it's super hard to find watches for women that aren't encrusted with rhinestones and fancy flourishes. I think all the parts are metal and glass; there's no plastic, even the bands to secure the ends of the strap are metal. I wish smartwatches looked this sharp.Two things to note is that the clock noticeably ticks. I find the sound soothing, but some people might hate it. Also, the band is pretty small. I really appreciate it because I have tiny baby hands and wrists, but this is definitely not a watch for you if you have thicker-than-average wrists. The holes in the band go all the way to the face, so this would probably fit other people with really tiny wrists or children.For this price, this watch is a steal. It honestly looks way nicer than the $22 I paid for it.UPDATE 12/6/2019:I brought this watch with me all the way to the jungles, beaches, and intense humidity of Belize. My fitbit decided it was done with that noise about two days in, but this was fine. I accidentally jumped in the ocean with it no less than three times and wore it all day kayaking. It kept on trucking. This watch is absolutely perfect for travel! I loved that I don't have to charge it or sync it or fiddle with it too much to get it to change time zones, I just have to adjust it manually. Look, sometimes old fashioned is better. When you're on the go and need a no-nonsense watch, you'll be much happier with this than some $600 smart watch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A really nice basic watch with very legible face *by G***! on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2016* Bought this for my nurse wife to replace a very small face watch I previously bought here. She likes the bigger face of this watch since it makes it easier to see the marks and she can tell the time quickly. The face of the watch is very legible. It's lightweight on the wrist and she says she barely notices it on her wrist. We immediately replaced the canvas strap with a silicone one due to the frequency of hand washing and the risk of something sticking to the fabric. The canvas band seems well made and is comfortable on the wrist. It is reversible to a solid blue color if you don't want the white dots. It is a NATO band so it is very easy to swap the band around.The Indiglo feature nicely lights up the face of the watch and makes it really easy to read in the dark. I needed a watch for school that had a second hand, and I came across this one. I was hesitant at first because I read some reviews that said how easy it fell apart. I work with animals so it's been pretty durable, though I've only had it for about a week. It is easy to set, and pretty lightweight, which I love, because I'm not at all a watch person. I have pretty big wrists, compared to most people, and it did fit, with about 2 notches to spare.
