Does the same company sell them? Which one on Amazon is the right fit?** A: Any 16 gram cartridges will fit and do a good job, threaded or non threaded will work. **Q: There were no instructions with the product. How can I get instructions?** A: It’s pretty crappy that no instructions are included, but I managed to figure things out without breaking anything. The housing unscrews, giving you access to the fitting that the CO2 cartridge screws into. Screw in a cartridge until tight. At this point, you can give it a test burst by briefly pulling the trigger. If gas shoots out the business end, you’re good to go. Screw the housing back on over the cartridge. **Q: How are you allowed to send a used broken piece of junk and I can’t return it? I** A: My guess would that the item in question was not broken when you received it, or you had it and used the item past the return policy **Q: Can this be used to unclog a refrigerator drain?** A: Refrigerator defrost drain lines don’t get blocked with “gunk”, they get blocked with ice. And as someone said earlier, they aren’t glued in place. You WILL damage your refrigerator using this, and it WILL NOT unclog the drain. Unplugging the refrigerator is not the best way to clear the drain, but it works. As an appliance technician, I can say the best way to clear a defrost drain line is with a handheld steamer. The metal fitting that crimped the hose to it was so weak that it simply didn't hold. The A/C guy came last week for my free summer maintenance visit and he blew out the condensate line and told me I should watch it because he could see where it had backed up slightly into the pan. So he blew it out a couple of weeks ago and I ordered this the same day. I figured it wouldn't hurt to blow it out again to make sure it was completely cleared out before I added a product to the pipe to prevent mold and mildew from growing in there and causing a backup. Well, this thing was an epic fail.
