I still have to draw water into my nostrils and blow once a day. But I do not need to use fluticasone sprays to open my nostril. Also I appear to be more resistant to flu. On the negative side it stains cloths and causes discoloration of the plastic parts of the bottle, but that is a minor inconvenience.
