These ear buds work perfectly fine, so far, for walking, lifting weights, etc. However, should you choose to buy these as running companions, AND, if you sweat when you run, then be aware that the quality has dropped - significantly - once I start sweating. The music will pause, skip, and make a strange clicking noise. I have tested the songs out when not sweating to rule out bad music files.I have submitted an email to Kissral for an explanation and if I get one that changes my opinion, I will re-post.3 days later: I have submitted an email to Kissral regarding the poor performance when running (and sweating). No response whatsoever.I have now had this product for a couple of months. Based on my earlier review, I decided to just not use the Q18 for "sweat" workouts. Now, I can't use it at all since the buds are no longer recognizable via my Fitbit Bluetooth. These earbuds fit my ears perfectly, although the included silicon tips are really small. So small that I could not get a good seal, and the sound leaked horribly, losing the sound range that these earbuds can produce.I replaced these tips with ones from another earbud set that fit me well - and BAM!!! These earbuds are rockin!Used them again this morning during my 1 hour bus commute, and I am very pleased.There is still some slight background noise that makes it in, but the earbuds do a really good job of isolating the music and keeping the outside noise down to a minimum.As far as sound volume goes, I have these paired with a Samsung Galaxy S8+, the volume rarely has to get close to 50% in a loud environment.Sound quality is very satisfying for these, pretty balanced as far as $30 wireless earbuds go.I have a variety of earbuds and full ear headphones, and these definitely hold their own based on sound quality, price, and convenience.An added plus is the charging case that these are housed in. I am curious to find out how long these earbuds will last on a charge, and then how many charges can I get out of the case.I have only had 1 phone call via these, and the other person could hear me just fine.I am looking forward to using these on a daily basis during my commute.I would recommend these, but it is early on.Maybe after a month or so, I will really see how these hold up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my first time to buy from this manufacturer but I'm really impressed so far. *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2018* This came in quickly and is exactly as advertised. So far I've been very impressed with the sound quality and the design is pretty simple but very useful. These were purchased as a gift for my wife so she could replace the chords that easily get in the way with very much activity. My wife loves to listen to music or talk radio as she walks and these are great for that purpose.
