It arrived well packaged and with good instructions on where everything was. Also great customer service from seller (contacted me to make sure I had received and to explain where to find bulb). I have also plugged it all in to make sure it works (it does) and it looks lovely as a lamp, really warm and relaxing.I have only give 4 stars for durability because when it arrived there were a few flakes or salt knocked off (something I’d expect as it’s obviously all natural and this can’t be helped) and because it’s a gift so I can’t know how well this will last in the longer term.
