**Q: could you please tell me does this nokie 635 sim free phone only work on 4G or will it also work on 3G as im not sure if we get 4G where i live**
A: it will.it works on 4g at LTE 800 / 1800 / 2600 (Bands 3, 7, 20) the three bands used by UK networks.  3g at HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100, 900 and 2100 being the 3g bands used in the UK. 2g at GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900  which includes the two bands used in the UK.  so yes it will work with all UK networks and all of the bands used by UK networks.

**Q: can it be charged from the c/putor/ any recommonds for a lead**
A: Hi, yes you can charge the phone from the pc easily, but you need to buy a cheap standard usb lead with the right connector, which you'll find most mobile phones use these days. You might even have one, possibly with a digital camera. Just buy one cheap anywhere, they're very common

**Q: does the phone comes with a warranty**
A: As far as I am aware the normal 2-year guarantee applies.  May I point out that if you buy through Amazon, do not buy through Marketplace.  I had bought my first Nokia via Amazon, and their customercare is awesome.  Second time around I mistakenly bought from Amazon Marketplace.  Although I have still not needed to test their customer service I am sure it cannot be better than Amazon direct.  Good luck

A: I would never recommend this phone! the first one was perfect for my husband, but the second one was not so good! none of the phone shops could add my contacts from previous phone (something to do with windows) I en
ded up paying £40 in a repair shop. Also you cannot do a group text  very annoying my husband has to forward one by one! very disappointed would never buy another one
