Grinds Coffee Pouches are the original coffee chew, a tobacco free and nicotine free coffee pouch used by many to stop chewing tobacco. Each pouch contains caffeine equal to 1/4 cup of coffee, as well as some guarana, taurine and B-vitamins for energy. Each can contains approximately 16 pouches, and we sell the cans in various quantities, starting with a minimum of 3 cans. Grinds is found in clubhouses across MLB, NFL and NHL, in police and fire stations, in ambulances, on hunting trips, on oil rigs, and much much more. We currently have 7 different flavors of Grinds Coffee Pouches available for sale, and we are adding new flavors every year (as well as always working to make the best pouch and experience we can). **Q: Are any of the flavors sugar free?**
A: Hello Friend,

Great question! Yes. All Grinds Coffee Pouches flavors have 0g of added sugar. The flavors Vanilla, Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, Wintergreen and Cherry have an artifical sweetener in it called Acesulfame which can be found in sports drinks. Hope that answers your question!

**Q: How old do you have to be to use it**
A: It's coffee... same age to drink coffee.

**Q: Does it turn teeth brown?**
A: Yes, but if you put it on the side of your mouth it's unnoticeable.

**Q: Do you swallow this or spit like normal chew?**
A: Swallow it. Most the flavors don't taste too differently. I had some work guys that chew try this and they didn't like them too much but for a guy thats never chewed, I thought they were orertty good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I dont know what people are complaining about.

Have had the mint chocolate chip in for almost 2 hours and still feel like I just swallowed mint chocolate chip ice cream with a swig of good coffee. It's more of a sensation than a real "taste." If other people's were dried out on delivery or something that's a bummer, but I'm enjoying mine. Will update if more time or other flavors change my opinion. Update: it's been a couple months and I'm on my 2nd order. I haven't had one bag break open yet. Mocha is mildest, and does tend to have a chemically off-flavor initially, but is fine overall. Mint chocolate chip is middle of the road. Vanilla is strongest and sweetest, so if I have 2 in a day I tend to have that 2nd. It is still flavorful and surprisingly sweet 2 to 3 hours later. I try not to think too hard about how this is achieved. Overall I enjoy having these to use at work as a little help on more tired days on when feeling like snacking.
