How much powder to make 300 mls for example? Thank you.** A: Unfortunately no. But the ingredients are translated in Enhlish for EU FDA / public info. As this is a commercially instant dashi packet, 1 sashet is for 150-200 mls i believe. But then since generally i season my stock with dashi on A MEDIUM taste, i only use half of the packet. I find 1 packet is too salty for me. We purchased this because we feel like the previous one is not gonna last for a week seeing how our son loves miso soup with dashi a little bit too much! The flavour is the decent, we like it. But this product came with bigger packets inside (10 grams, twice as many compared to the usual 5 grams we used to use). Somehow, it was just too much because we usually only cooks miso soup for 2 persons per eating (we have two kids but one of them is not really keen on soups). So if you seek for a dashi seasonings sachet that can suffice for around 4 people, by any means just buy this. But if you are like us, who eat soup on small portions, better buy the other item we told you about.
