**Q: what is the taste of the tastefully nude variety?**
A: I just tried the Tastefully Nude for the first time. It's sweet and slightly vanilla-ish, but otherwise doesn't have a lot of flavor (which is the point). Very little aftertaste and doesn't leave your mouth feeling coated in a film.

**Q: Are those gluten free?**
A: It does not say on the box. I would recommend to contact the GU  company directly.

**Q: Is this one box of 24 packets?**
A: Yes.

**Q: Any tennis players use this product? Have tried another brand (coffee & chocolate) and gets me all jittery which is not good for a tennis match**

These are perfect for having before or during a long run to keep energy up. I like to run in the mornings but I can't get up early enough to give a meal time to settle before a run. These Gu gels are great for this as I can have one then run immediately after, they never give me stomach trouble, and the caffeine gives you a little extra boost. The packets are also leak-proof and easy to tear open while you're on the go if you want to eat one while running. The salted caramel flavor is delicious too which helps!

These taste lovely. I don't like eating anything on a long run as it makes me feel sick. Also most gels make me feel sick, but these were lovely and I didn't feel any sickness with them
