It's very adjustable and supportive, making it very comfortable. I can't overstate the difference that proper back support makes. I couldn't quite imagine how the mesh seat would feel, but it's great too, it's evenly supportive and helps to keep me from getting stuffy. I can feel the posturefit positioning my pelvis, and having tried with the lumbar support on/off, I can't imagine going back to a chair without a proper lumbar support.
