Careful cabinet proportions have achieved 28Hz from it. Powered by a 350 watt sub amp with powered cross over its putting out a very nice sound, I'm not into super low and loud but tight base so I havent driven it hard to see if it warps the windows or pops the speaker. This works well in a sealed box giving surprising fast and tight base at low hz. I'm Impressed with the quality of the sound for the price. You can obviously get better if you want to but for my ears this is more than good enough and I would recommend for a low cost option. These subs are meant for deep bass quality not heavy destructive bass.
