You do have to want to give up but these patches are by far the best I have tried. I got mild itching on my arm on the first couple of days but that soon passed. They stick very well and stay on all day. I only lost one because I forgot about it and had a shower so my advice would be to shower before you put one on!I definitely recommend these patches.
