I still liked the design better than a traditional Dutch Oven pot.Then Amazon presented the Nuovva equivalent, at a much more reasonable price. I looked into the company and found it to be UK based (thought products seem to be made in China) and reviews were good.Now having used it several times I am so impressed with the ease of use and great consistent results.This pot is 26cm wide (internal) so has just the right room for steam to circulate, the loaf to rise and not touch the sides to risk burning.Cream interior does become a little stained, but I expected that given the high temperature need. I chose the black exterior for this reason.So pleased with the purchase, I thoroughly recommend this to other bakers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely bread pan *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 April 2025* I have been using a cast iron pot and lid but really wanted the more expensive version of this. I had this at a deal price of £64.99 and it arrived well packed day after order. I was a bit sceptical reading reviews on chips in the enamel but after a quick check we were good to go. I have cooked 5 sourdough breads in it since I received this and I have to say I'm happy. Its still a bit of learning cure with temperatures ect. I need to say that I have added ice for steam no problem and it had no effect on my enamel. After use I leave it cool down and then wipe clean with a damp clean cloth and it removed any marks from the flour and ice ect.
