I looked into the proper cooking with stainless steel method, everything changed. I made sure the pan was hot enough using the water drop test and used more butter than I normally would. After that, no issues at all. I made chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and they turned out perfect. Then I used the same pan for eggs and they cooked beautifully with no sticking. Cleanup was easy too. Next time I’ll try with less butter but it’s a learning process and I’ll be using these for a long time so I’ll get better. Overall these pans are a 10 out of 10. They are beautiful, high quality, and work really well once you get the hang of them.
