It is easy to determine that this is a high quality product with ingredients carefully chosen. We are still finding more ways to use and savor this. And mine lasted (At least 6 months after opening) ..in my fridge while I plotted a recipe for a chocolate, cherry mash and pistachio (spumoni) concoction.
