## Questions & Answers

**Q: Pole thickness or guage**
A: Hi there. The pole is 5" x 5". Goalrilla Basketball Hoops are all engineered in the US by qualified mechanical engineers and all pass Consumer ASTM safety standards. Thanks, Kelly at Escalade Sports

**Q: Can you use existing anchor system that is 9 x 9?**
A: Yes, Goalrilla uses a 9x9 anchor system.

**Q: What about an installer?**
A: When I purchased this goal from Amazon last March, Amazon offered free installation. THAT was an adventure. Installers that Amazon contracted kept canceling. it took well over a month to get someone to come out and do it. If you live in a more populated area, and Amazon offers free install with purchase, then its a good deal. But if you live in flyover country--? Might do better to contact sporting good stores in your area and get install bids from them.

**Q: How many boxes should I expect for this particular item?**
A: Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us! This comes in 3 boxes.

-Adam
