Not all olive oils are the same and most are cut with seed oils, which I do not do. Even if there are other brands where the fish may even be tastier than this, their oil is not as good so consider me sold on Matiz brand Sardines in EVOO! My go to olive oil-based sardines!

Incredible sardines. Firm but not overcooked. Very salty in my opinion, which I like but others may not. They smell and taste amazing. I eat them by themselves, no crackers or bread, just a small spoon. Better than Nuri.

As someone who eats sardines daily, this shocked me. I have tried a few brands, top tier brands, and out of them all I find this one to be the tastiest, plus the EVOO quality is also top tier.
