When cigman did respond they were quick to resolve the issue with a replacement. No requirement to jump through hoops or wait for an exchange. They sent the replacement next day so it arrived fast. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good meter with some minor hiccups

A fine machine that provides accurate measurement of distance and angle. The manual can be improved by targeting novice users. It needs to communicate effectively in terms of language and procedures. The camera function is the weakest because shifting the arrows accurately to the required edges is difficult. This measurement cannot be done properly without a tripod. The wrist strap cannot be installed because the factory forgot to puncture a hole at the mounting position to allow the fine string to go through. This is a minor but annoying defect that the customer cannot do anythng to rectify.
