A: Yes, and it works great.

**Q: Can you this with an desk phone via the headset jack?**
A: The EPOS Sennheiser SP 20 isn't marketed to be used with a standard desk-phone.  The exception to the rule is that many newer desk phones do in fact have USB ports which support audio in which case this would be a perfect way to expand the speakerphone capabilities on a budget.

A: The SP 20 is designed only to be used with PC's, smartphone, and tablets.  The SP 20ML is designed to be used with Skype for Business, PC's, smartphones, and tablets.  I have the SP20 ML and love it.  I use it everyday for both personal and business.
