Review: PTZ Camera - These cameras have worked really well for us in our hybrid meetings using Zoom. We use two cameras linked to laptops with NDI linking them. This allows us to select which camera feeds Zoom and make a separate recording of each one. The picture quality is excellent and the 20X zoom allows us to focus on individual audience members at question time. The only slight niggle is the VISCA and Pelco-D remote control protocols were not fully implemented limiting the controller software which could be used. The manufacturer assures me this has been fixed in the latest version of the camera so I'm happy to give it 5-stars.

These cameras have worked really well for us in our hybrid meetings using Zoom. We use two cameras linked to laptops with NDI linking them. This allows us to select which camera feeds Zoom and make a separate recording of each one. The picture quality is excellent and the 20X zoom allows us to focus on individual audience members at question time. The only slight niggle is the VISCA and Pelco-D remote control protocols were not fully implemented limiting the controller software which could be used. The manufacturer assures me this has been fixed in the latest version of the camera so I'm happy to give it 5-stars.
