So I ordered it immediately, even though I had concerns that this would be the most expensive frisbee I’ve ever owned, and I hoped the build quality and lighting would justify the cost. I needn’t have worried, when it arrived it ticked all the right boxes - it’s fantastically well built, and the LEDs are powerful, and there is zero likelihood of being able to damage them as they’re built-in to, and covered by, the transparent rim. All the simple controls are on the underside of the frisbee, where you can set the brightness, how long it stays lit up/game mode, the patterns, and the main colour using pressure buttons that won’t be triggered accidentally in normal use. In the air, it is a thing of beauty - once you’ve seen it fly, you’ll never want to go back to a frisbee without LEDs. It’s easy to throw and pretty forgiving if your technique isn’t great, or if, like me, your frisbee skills are a little rusty. Even my 82 year old Mum has had a few goes and loved it, it’s ’fun for all the family’ as they say!
