So, I did research on ubiquinol and phytoceramides and found that both can help repair skin damage among other things. I began taking both products about one month ago and I am beginning to see results. The large dark blemishes have begun to lighten up and it seems like the skin on my entire face is becoming more uniform. I'm brown skinned naturally and my face looks less blotchy now and it even seems smoother. I do not know which product is causing the result so I'm going to continue taking both because I have experienced no ill side affects and the products are very reasonably priced.Update 2/8/14. I have discontinued use of this product. It was ineffective on my skin.
