I'm still thrilled with it. The crank is very easy to use. The size is comfortable to hold. i don't use on small pills mostly medium size. I have to crush 15 a day for a kitty with heart failure so this is a great help. I have to cut the pills in half but that's no big deal. At times it won't crush the pill entirely so all i do is give it a shake until I don't hear anymore pills left. The plastic threads begin to break-down and they get harder to turn.
