Made especially for babies 0-12 months and 7-25 lbs, it merges the coziness of a soft wrap with the simplicity of a structured carrier. No complicated wrapping or tying required. Our infant carrier for newborns is an intuitive way to begin babywearing with confidence from day one. Crafted from premium ponte knit, the Ergobaby Baby Carrier offers gentle stretch that keeps the baby close to the parent’s heart while maintaining supportive structure. The streamlined design supports baby in a natural M-shaped seated position to promote healthy hip and spine development. Recognized by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute for hip-healthy positioning, it is designed to support ergonomic alignment for newborn carry. Two carry positions adapt as your baby grows, including inward-facing and outward-facing carry. Cushioned neck support provides added structure in the earliest months, while the soft knit construction remains breathable and flexible for everyday comfort. Patented spreadable cross straps and a supportive waist belt distribute weight evenly across shoulders and hips to help reduce pressure and improve comfort. The adjustable fit accommodates waist sizes from 22 to 54 inches, creating a secure carry for a wide range of caregivers. Easy access adjustment points allow quick, precise fit changes and smooth transitions between caregivers. Lightweight at just 1.1 lbs, the breathable baby carrier rolls compactly into a diaper bag for errands, walks, or travel. The carrier includes an additional safety elastic band for extra security and the machine washable fabric simplifies care between uses. Engineered for connection and built for life in motion, the Ergobaby Embrace Baby Carrier supports families through everyday adventures while keeping baby secure, supported, and close. ## Features - A CARRIER BUILT FOR TWO: A simple, two-position, soft and cozy newborn-ready carrier designed for baby's first 12 months with patented, industry-leading ergonomic support. I’m 5’5 and 100lbs and this is great for a petite mom. Using this with baby number three and wish I’d had it for my other two!! **Q: Does this have head support for newborns?** A: Yes, the Embrace baby carrier does have head support for newborns. It was designed for the newborn phase. Babies must meet the minimum 20 inches/50.8 cm height and 7 lbs./3.2 kg weight. The Embrace baby carrier adjusts to your newborn baby when the waist belt is folded in twice in the Newborn Mode – Facing In position by shortening the back panel and narrowing the seat width to keep baby close enough to kiss. **Q: is this carrier suitable to use for summer?** A: The Embrace is made of light-weight knit fabric that is slightly stretchy, yet supportive - making it an ideal choice for summer. **Q: Can you breastfeed baby easily in the carrier?** A: Yes, as with all Ergobaby Carriers you can breastfeed while on the go. This can be done in the facing in carry positions. Just loosen the shoulder straps a bit and slightly lower baby to position on your breast. For safety, always stay seated when nursing in a carrier. Always stay vigilant while baby is nursing, and re-position after feeding, so baby’s face is not pressed against your body. Baby should be moved to recommended carrying position immediately after breastfeeding, remove slack from straps, and adjust. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ergobaby Embrace Cozy Newborn Baby Wrap Carrier (7-25 Pounds), Ponte Knit, Oxford Blue - Dr. Brown's All-in-One Sterilizer and Dryer for Baby Bottles, Parts & Other Newborn Essentials - Philips Avent Natural Glass Baby Bottles with Natural Response Nipples (Slow Flow, Flow 2), 4oz, 4-Pack, SCY910/04 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/652509804-ergobaby-embrace-cozy-newborn-baby-wrap-carrier-7-25-pounds](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/652509804-ergobaby-embrace-cozy-newborn-baby-wrap-carrier-7-25-pounds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
