This progressed and we were not able to find the source of the sound or correct it. Its the last thing you want when rocking a sleeping baby. Additionally the fabric pilled within 3 months. We contacted their customer service about the squeaking issue and they said they said they would replace the chair. Then they said it was backordered and would not be able to ship until November (3 months later!). The squeaking really only gets worse so please do no purchase. Its a beautiful chair but not what you want to hear when rocking that baby to sleep.

Very happy with the chair-and-a-half glider for our nursery! Quality fabric and construction. Awesome that the chair is eligible for the Amazon baby registry 15% discount—the only way to get this chair somewhat discounted I found! It’s not eligible for discount on Babylist and the brand, Namesake, never offers sales on its website. I recommend!

We've had this recliner for 4 months, within 1 month of having it the recliner started making a horrible squeaking sound when rocking. This progressed and we were not able to find the source of the sound or correct it. Its the last thing you want when rocking a sleeping baby. Additionally the fabric pilled within 3 months. We contacted their customer service about the squeaking issue and they said they said they would replace the chair. Then they said it was backordered and would not be able to ship until November (3 months later!). The squeaking really only gets worse so please do no purchase. Its a beautiful chair but not what you want to hear when rocking that baby to sleep.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit disappointed in quality for this price

This is basically the only super wide glider I can find. I want to sit next to my toddler and glide…it seems like there would be tons of options for something like that but most of the “wide” chairs I could find were only a few inches wider than a normal glider. We can absolutely both comfortably fit in this, so for that I have to be somewhat grateful. However, it’s kind of crooked…maybe from weight distribution, but I try to swap sides from day to day to encourage even wear and it still seems to slant to one side. I actually had to return the first one for that issue right out of the box, and this one is better but still crooked to the same side as the first one. Maybe it would be more stable if it didn’t swivel and could just be a sturdier gliding mechanism, I don’t know. Also, the chair design isn’t the most comfortable. The back gets slouchy and the armrests are a joke, they’re so low that they’re basically just a side railing for the chair more than a functional arm rest. If other super wide gliders existed, I’m not sure this would still be in my house, but it’s fine and serves its purpose.
