Sometimes I got it perfect straight away other times it took a number of attempts to get the placement right meaning lots of wasted tape. After sometime I felt the tape was making my injury worse and stopped using (please note I never sort medical advice so the use of the tape and it's appropriateness was on me). Good quality, thick and durable tape but can work out very expensive if using long term. I would seek medical advice before spending the amount I did on the stuff. It sticks well to skin and I am allergic to some adhesives but have had no reaction to this. It feel it’s a good quality there. It stays put even with a bit of sweat present. It doesn’t tear easily but can be cut.
