Comparing with traditional glass neon, LED neon sign is a budget friendly alternative, it’s much cheaper in price and low energy required. It’s easy to install and can be easily transported or carried around without much risk. 
But glass neon sign will be more brighter in some colors (like Red & Blue), and it can be installed outdoor for being exposed to wet or damp conditions. So if you want your sign in a more brightly lit environment or for outdoor use, glass neon may be the better choice.
