Excellent yoga video either for beginners or those who already know some yoga moves. Carrie takes you through the workout step by step and the poses can be modified to suit all abilities. Some of the workouts can move along quite quickly so you have to keep focussed, but that's not a bad thing. I use the video everyday and love it!

It was too slow even for a newbie like me. 5 minutes into the dvd and I still don't know what is going on apart from Carrie talking and asking me to breathe. Much preferred the Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels.

I wasn't sure what to expect as the dvd is priced so low, but what you get are really good yoga workouts where the poses are not rushed through and held for a reasonable amount of time. Each pose is clearly explained.
