I then combined them and washed my hair with the mixture in the morning. It worked great! I am very happy. It even washed away the almond oil I put in my hair the night before. I was a bit worried about that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good product *by B***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 May 2013* I tried this for the first time, mixing it with a little shikakai powder. In the packet it's true, it smells like chocolate brownies, but be warned - once it has been mixed with water it smells just like poo and is the main reason for the dropped star!! It is similar to applying henna but without the staining - I sat in the bath, massaged it all over my hair and lay back for 15 minutes before rinsing it out. You will be very relieved to hear that once it has been rinsed out, the poo smell completely disappears without trace! I have long henna'd hair with a slight wave, but when I used this, it gave my hair quite a lot of curl - it was lovely. It also made my hair colour shine beautifully. I needed to wash my hair again in two days instead of three or four.
