What arrived was hefty, well-made, and actually works! The compass has a nice bag with a velcro closure, a loop so you can put the bag on your belt, plus a cord to hang it around your neck.

Much better quality than expected, the compass is metal but the back is plastic yet durability it should last longer than plastic types. Has measurement markers that are handy for navigation using just map/topography. Looks great and has the ease of use many expect. Overall great value for the functions and durability.
