- MULTI AWARD WINNING BRITISH DESIGN - Crafted from the finest German 1.4116 stainless steel, the Signature Santoku Knife 11cm features scalloped indentations on the blade to reduce friction and ensure smooth, even and fine dicing.

This means each knife is perfectly balanced, while remaining lightweight for ease of use. An angled, fully forged bolster allows for full use of the cutting edge for precision control.

**Q: How do I sharpen this knife**
A: Unless you know how to use a Steel buy a sharpening device. This knife is quality and does sharpen really well be careful.

**Q: Could you please confirm the size of the knife you are selling as the santuko comes in different lengths. Thank you**
A: This is the Santoku with a 17cm blade length. Also available with a 17cm deeper blade and with 11cm and 14cm blade lengths.

**Q: What's the actual weight of this knife?**
A: Ours is 184gs. More useful is that it is well balanced working for myself with big thick hands and my wife with slender hands. I find it has enough weight to deal with squashes but is accurate enough to deal with smaller veg like spring onions. It isn't designed for or good at cutting any meat
