I have an ACE brace that I found at RiteAid drugs that fits well and even has pseudo hinges but only two straps. But even though it's more than large enough to fit my 18" knee, the only way to keep it from slipping down is to tighten it very tight, so it makes welts in my skin and leaves deep dents in my leg. This brace fits me perfectly and is very comfortable. I provides more support than the one I have and I don't have to tighten it too much. The middle strap is the trick, it keeps the brace from slipping. I can bend my knee as far as I can without a brace on it.
