Review: Good product, beginner friendly! - I wanted to learn how to make sushi for a long time and was looking for a set that's not too complex and this did it for me. I haven't used the recipes or guides it came with but made some really good dishes so far! It's pretty simple to use, and to avoid cleaning or damaging the mats with that sticky rice I either cover them with cling foil or resealable bags. I have used the spreader and spoon but I end up using my hands after a bit instead. The chopsticks are adorable with their design and look really good next to the serving of sushi you worked hard for!

**Q: Wat kind ofrice do u need 2 use.**
A: White, short grain rice - some supermarkets, Sainsbury's, M&S and so on, sell it packaged as 'sushi rice' but it is just white, short grain rice. (Long grain isn't starchy enough for the grains to stick together.)

**Q: When I select the Tulip color it shows an other set color, which is the correct one?**

I've never made sushi before so I decided to buy this kit. The kit came with everything I needed to get started, including a bamboo rolling mat, chopsticks, a rice spreader and a rice paddle. The instructions were easy to follow, even for someone like me who had never made sushi before and was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent value for the money.
