Review: Powerful suction for a lightweight vacuum - This is my second Shark vacuum cleaner - I thought the first one did a good job, but this one does a great job. The suction is incredibly powerful for such a lightweight vacuum. It does a good job getting up dust and pet hair, too. The self-propelled feature is also powerful, maybe a bit too powerful because it wants to move quickly. The cord length is ample. I wish it had more tools - it only comes with three. I have used the removable handheld vacuum as well as the floor stick - both are easy to use. My only minor complaint is that the dust bin is a little more difficult to empty - the release lever doesn't open and automatically "dump" the contents. You have to pull the cup open which requires two hands. I do recommend this item.

I cannot believe the suction and love the compact size! It’s easy to use and even self propels, making less work for you! It’s also very clean to toss the bin and maintain the vacuum itself. The weight is very manageable and the cord a great length to cover the areas and not have to replug several times per room. I really love this vacuum, but wish there were .5 star ratings because I do have a complaint, the vacuum does not stand up!!! When not in use it has to be mounted or carefully placed against a wall for storage, as it won’t simply stand in a closet or storage room, etc. I so wish it would and it would honestly be the perfect vacuum!

A: Yes I use it several times a week on my luxury vinyl.  Look it up ashleyturtle; its a very common flooring today

**Q: I am tiny and weigh 90#.  Will it be difficult for me to push around?**
A: The weight listed says 9 lbs, not 90 lbs.  It’s one of the lightest vacuums you can find.  These feel a little different at first, because most of us are used to vacuums with all the weight at the bottom.  This has a bit more weight at the top, but for me, once I adjusted how I pushed it a bit and got used to it, it feels fine.  I find I stand a little further away from it than I did with a “regular” upright vacuum, and if feels more natural to my wrist.
