Upon opening the box I was disappointed to see that the tools were just loosely thrown in the box with no padding. As a result of this the mudding pan had numerous dents from bangs that the blades created and the 6" blade had a bent edge. I don't consider it a show stopper but I was pretty disappointed. Level 6 really needs to address this problem. As for the tools themselves, they are fantastic! They spread mud so smooth it's simply impressive. The grips give you great control over the blade resulting in a super smooth final. I am real happy about how the tools perform.
