In times of stress - three/four tablespoons and give it a few minutes on the hob. (I have a hardened glass teapot.) "The elements so mixed that a spoon might stand up in it." I use leaded tea as well but this allows me to drink the quantity of tea like to drink in a day and then afterwards sleep through the night.
