I'm happy to say this cream is very effective! It's a bit of a pain to rub it in, as it is a zinc oxide so it's not going to easily absorb into your skin, and it does leave a bit of a cast even after rubbing it in for minutes lol, so definitely use it at night and not in the morning. A little bit does goes a long way though, I'm talking about like less than a pinky nail's worth, is plenty. I saw results almost immediately which is great. I have noticed though that if I skip a day, my redness comes back very fast, so obviously it's not really a cure for rosacea, you pretty much have to use it daily.... It's realllly thick, but it WORKS. My skin is really dry and lipid-deficient, yet also covered in acne, and so stubborn just about nothing works on it. This cream is genuinely so calming and nourishing, and my skin actually looks healthier after it's absorbed, which I've never seen a cream do. Here's the issue: this is for night time only. It's 10% zinc, so of course it leaves a cast. It's also super occlusive, and if you put on a lot then it can take hours to absorb. It takes a bit of effort to work into the skin, and doesn't like to mix with anything watery that hasn't completely absorbed yet.
