This I removed by gentle scrubbing the floor with warm water and laundry detergent.

Then I tried this product. It removes the glue very easily. I didn't even have to scrape it hard. This one works the best. The only cons is that it leaves a strong petroleum like smell afterward. I removed factory fitted Transporter letters from my van leaving residue behind, this product easily removed the remaining sticky backing from the paintwork without being too harsh. It left no trace of where the letters had been. Very good product, however the spray nozzle is crap so I just used a cloth and pour directly onto it. It has a strong chemical odour so I worn gloves as instructed on the bottle. Arrived in a standard Amazon rip open envelope but was also inside a ziplok bag as well. No damage on arrival.
