It came uncharged and wouldn't take a full charge from the beginning. Even when I put it on a trickle charger it says its full or shows an error message when I know it is not charged. Im a little disappointed. Edit: The company reached out to me and offered a new battery free of charge. The new one that came has worked wonderfully and I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. They were friendly, timely and all around concerned about making me happy.
