Review: Top notch quality and performance - Fairly simple to put together. Solid and stable base, and comes with the slow and sear insert which is fun to grill with. Built in table and metal storage shelf is a great addition. Durable wheels make it easy to reposition. Only complaint would probably be the lid seal, as smoke leaks from the edge a bit. Not a big deal for me because I am not using it for smoking meats, but maybe more important to others. Overall very satisfied and would purchase again in a heartbeat.

Soon found the answer and knew I had to have it. Took me about 2 hours to put together as I fumbled with a few things with the instructions as I wanted to put it together like it should be 100%. Cooking chicken wings on this, bottom and top vents full open, with the water pan in the charcoal bin, closed the lid for an hour, during that time, the thermometer stayed right at 325 degrees, after the hour, opened up the grill, nothing was burned, even the wings closest to the charcoal bin, most of the charcoal was still unburned. The wings turned out perfect, wish I would have ditched my Weber years ago.

Fairly simple to put together. Solid and stable base, and comes with the slow and sear insert which is fun to grill with. Built in table and metal storage shelf is a great addition. Durable wheels make it easy to reposition. Only complaint would probably be the lid seal, as smoke leaks from the edge a bit. Not a big deal for me because I am not using it for smoking meats, but maybe more important to others. Overall very satisfied and would purchase again in a heartbeat.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great grill that works as described

Assembly was pretty easy and could benefit from 2 people on a couple of steps. Once assembled, my first cook was a Prime rib eye steak doing a reverse sear. Getting the steak to about 115* was pretty easy once i figured out how to set the air flow for ~250*. The sear was almost too intense as the coal bucket got super hot. What a crust it produced! All-in-all, a wonderful addition to my grilling equipment.
