SHRIMP turmeric, paste turmeric (SHRIMP, powder, salt), leaf lemon grass, laksa chilli, white pepper, chilli (polygonum odoratum). powder laksa premix (dehydrated) coconut milk powder (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin sodium CASEINATE), salt, sugar, skim sambal MILK powder, chilli extract (heat yeast sterilised) chillipaste (water dried chilll salt), vegetable oil sugar (SHRIMP Directions Heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat until warmed through. Pour over cooked rice noodles and serve immediately.

Review: Best LAKSA paste by far - This is the best Laska kit and ready made paste you'll find outside of Malaysia. Hands down the best and most authentic flavour. I've tried a few (the Waitrose paste is 'nice enough', but is no-where near the right flavour and intensity of a decent Laska. This (sometimes hard to find) kit is a superb product. I simply add fresh chillies, coriander, spring onions and a medley of fish (prawns, squid, chunks of cod etc). Serve with a bowl of rice. Accept no substitutes (unless you find yourself in Southern Malaysia).
Review: Authentic taste - Very authentic tasting, and recommended to me by an old lady in Katong, Singapore. Best when you use fresh cockles and prawns (my local fishmonger stocks them, fortunately), and throw in some bean sprouts, rice noodles plus some tau pok. Actually, the first time I used one of these kits I made my own tau pok, but that was a hassle so subsequently I bought a packet of marinated tofu pieces (small) from the supermarket and they worked fine. Just follow the easy instructions inside the box to the letter and you'll be enjoying a decent laksa in no time.

This is the best Laska kit and ready made paste you'll find outside of Malaysia. Hands down the best and most authentic flavour. I've tried a few (the Waitrose paste is 'nice enough', but is no-where near the right flavour and intensity of a decent Laska. This (sometimes hard to find) kit is a superb product. I simply add fresh chillies, coriander, spring onions and a medley of fish (prawns, squid, chunks of cod etc). Serve with a bowl of rice. Accept no substitutes (unless you find yourself in Southern Malaysia).
