I found these retainers and decided to give them a try. I am sooooo glad I did! I wore it most of the day for the first few weeks and now I wear it every night. Very comfortable and it has definitely helped the cartilage retain the intended shape rather than collapsing like before. I highly recommend this retainer for anyone who has gone through septoplasty or rhinoplasty. That procedure is too invasive to risk the results by skipping this process.
