A: If you are using 22mm hose, please check if the old connector is stuck in the hose connector. If yes, remove it and try connecting again.

**Q: Why does it not fit my device? (Should connect to the standard hose before the device.)**

A piece of crap!!! Bought in January.....used my first tube in mid February....just put the second one on 2 days ago!!! It comes apart where it goes to the mask connector....this is nuts. It's very frustrating waking up in the middle of the night due to an air leak!! Poor quality!! Going to look at other manufacturers for this item.
