It works great. I was concerned about steam escaping into the room, but it retains all of it. I've used it daily for a week or so. It gets up to about 110 degrees in there after about 10 minutes. Very relaxing and it's helped my joint pain immensely. I bought a bamboo bench to replace the cheap little toddler chair it came with and hung a thermometer as well. Reheat it for 15 minutes or so to get the steam rolling and your good to go. Review: Great In-Home Sauna, makes you swear big time - My wife was diagnosed with mold toxicity and her doctor suggested starting to go to a sauna to sweat out her toxins. So I bought this in-home steam sauna for both of us to use. It was easy to setup and operate. We use it 5-6 times a week. I sit for 16 mins, she sits for 13 mins. Takes the steamer about 20 mins at highest setting to reach 100 degrees and then you climb in and enjoy the steamy heat. I go first and then she follows. Temperature eventually climbs to around 110. Very, very relaxing and many times a short nap afterwards (after taking shower). Reason for 4 stars is because there were no needed tubes included in package when it came and I had to run to hardware store to buy them and cost about $15. ## Features - 【Upgraded Large Sauna Box】Featuring a pentagonal design with 20% more interior space, it's not as cramped as others.
