A: I'm not much help, as I ordered it for my mother who has passed away, but I do remember that it was produced in the U.S.

**Q: 100 mg per teaspoon, tablespoon, ounce??**
A: 100 mg is a volume measurement just like teaspoon, etc. You just need a measurement device that has milligrams on it.

**Q: does this have codeine?**
A: It doesn't contain codeine - it's pure guaifenesin USP.
